The Role: Accounts Assistant

Salary: £13.00 per hour.

Location: Motorpoint, Champion House (Salisbury House), Wyvern Business Park, Derby DE21 6LY.

Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract (6 Months)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Monday - Friday.

What will you be getting up to?

The role will include meeting busy moth end deadlines. It is a fast environment where multi-tasking and attention to detail is a must. The role will cover work in a broad spectrum of tasks across the accounts transactional team.

• Manage the Portal which contains customer refunds and payments

• Daily raising of customer refunds via store requests

• Timely and accurate credit of sales order on request

• Support for customer refund and invoice queries including telephone calls

• Allocation of customer finance payments

• Raising payment requests for customer part exchange finance settlements

• Internal store & customer telephone communication including query support & out bounding calls to customers

• Other Ad Hoc tasks as required

• Must be confident & willing to communicate via telephone
