We’re thrilled to announce the launch of our new store in Leeds, our 22nd store across the UK and a major milestone in our continued growth journey. This is more than just a new location… it’s a chance to help shape something special from day one.
To set our new team up for success, all new starters will receive full training at a nearby Motorpoint store, working closely with the local team to build skills, confidence and a real sense of connection before opening day.

The Role: Sales Support Lead
Salary: £12.75 per hour basic + Bonus
Location: Leeds
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: 40 hours, 5 days out of 7 on a rota - weekend working will be required

What will you be getting up to?
Be the go-to person for customer queries face-to-face, over the phone, and after-sale
Liaise with key departments to ensure vehicles are ready and up to Motorpoint standards
Support customers who’ve purchased online, ensuring their in-store experience is seamless
Handle aftersales queries with empathy and efficiency
Upsell relevant products during collection and ensure all documentation is accurate
Assist with test drives and check in part-exchange vehicles
Maintain compliance with FCA regulations and internal procedures

What do we need from you?
A sharp eye for detail and a passion for customer service
Strong communication and listening skills
Confidence in using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Ability to build rapport quickly and solve problems effectively
Previous experience in customer service and administration
A full UK driving licence is essential
